I ran a mile

full speed (my full sprint not the machine’s) on the treadmill toke me 10 minutes. Then I jogged for another 20. Stopped then started some leg stretches and such. Practiced my trail leg and my approach to the hurdle. A hour and half of non-stop exercising. Legs hurt. Now I’m relaxing. Because this rain is kind of great.
